Trade Term
Order amount exceeds US5, 000.00. - F.O.B. HONG KONG.
If order amount less than US 5,000.00. Ex-fty. Price (i.e. will not be responsible for any charges outside our warehouse)

Delivery Lead Time
2-3 weeks upon receipt of L/C or T/T payment.

Minimum Order

£»Order value below US5, 000.00, (An additional Charge US100.00)
£»MOQ for notebook’s battery is 5pcs per item or 20% surcharge will be required.

Payment Terms
By irrevocable L/C at sight for order value exceeds US10,000, order value below US10,000, please proceed T/T prior to shipment.

Standard Label: OEM-Non Brand Inlay Private Label : All artwork, film and printing costs are to be paid by customer, which minimum printing order is 3K/model and will be quoted by printer

PACKING
Standard Packing: Bubble Bag W/O Inner White Box ; Standard White Box is charged US0.2 per each box.

Goods Inspection
Goods shall be ready for inspection 2 days prior to shipment date. Inspection must be conducted in our factory.

Warranty
1. Goods returned within the specified warranty period must be accompanied with Asian Mobile Accessories Limited part number & serial number with a claimed report subject to the final inspection results from our QC Department. Packs without a valid serial number will not be accepted.
2. The item's serial no. must be clearly readable and marked on the outside of the returned goods.
3. Replacement items will be sent out together with the next order shipment.
4. A credit for 80% of the current item price will be applied to customer's account for faulty items that cannot be repaired or rebuilt. (Goods must be under 6 months warranty from delivery date.)

Remarks:
No other express warranty is given and no affirmation of AMA, by word or by action, will constitute a warranty. AMA disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. *AMA's Warranty is limited only to the repair and the replacement of parts and the necessary labor and services required to repair the product and damaged device. In no event shall AMA be liable for incidental consequential, special or indirect damage, including lost business profits, or lost data in your device. This warranty is void if damaged was cause by accidents, abuses, or have been subjected to neglect, or by modification, alteration or misuse of AMA's products, or by repair performed by anyone other that AMA's representatives, or if AMA's product serial number has been removed or defaced.
